If you are just 24, I have more years underground than you do in the world. Course, the 30 in the mines haven't been to hard on me, not much labor in coal mining.

Tired of folks taking advantage of a good thing
agree with Lung and NSSB on Christmas-has become so commercialized that you bust your arse to get people stuff, when it should just be about family being together
Amazing how your wheels start to fall off once you pass 35

At least you made it to 35. I'm 31 and it's litterally happening to me. I was off work 2 weeks ago, worked last week and my right knee starting hurting. I woke up Saturday morning and it looked like I had a second knee cap an inch below my kneecap. I went to the doctor Monday and he said it's some kind of infection. My whole leg from knee to calf is sore as hell and red plus the second kneecap. They may have to drain it tomorrow. The same thing happened to my dad (who was also a type 1 diabetic) 3 years ago and they had to amputate his leg from the knee down.

I don't think this actually has anything to do with sugar. The diabetes just makes it much harder to get rid of an infection. The last two days I've gotten Rocephin shots in each side of the ass, so I'm sore as hell and I've been taking two horse pills of Bactrum a day and it really doesn't look any better.

I meant that it makes everything else tougher, used to have a couple of guys on my section at work with S/D. Always carried some extra food and tried to see they didn't work alone. Few mins can be a long time if your blood sugar bottoms.
You are a big P U S S Y!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll be 44 in January. Still kickin high. Well I hope so!!!!!!!!
